ZipZap: Wind Down for Sleep

Can't stop scrolling in bed? ZipZap gives you something calmer to do with the last five minutes of your day.

Here's how it works. Two dots appear on a dark screen. You draw a slow line from one to the other. Then another pair shows up. That's it.

Soft music plays and gets quieter as you go. The dots pulse at a slow, steady pace. There's no score, no levels and nothing to win, so there's no reason to keep going for "just one more."

After five minutes the music stops and the screen says goodnight. That's your cue to put the phone down and close your eyes.

WHY IT HELPS
Scrolling keeps your mind busy right when you want it to slow down. ZipZap is simple, repetitive and quiet, and it has a clear end. It isn't trying to keep you in the app. It's made to let you go to sleep.

THERE'S A MORNING GAME TOO
When the alarm goes off, open the 3-minute wake-up game. Same idea, but bright, with music that gets louder and dots that pulse faster. This one keeps score, so you have a reason to get moving.

ZipZap shows the right game first for the time of day.

WHAT YOU GET
• A 5-minute wind-down game for bedtime
• A 3-minute wake-up game with a personal best
• Calm music by Mr Smith
• No account, no sign-up
• No streaks, no leaderboards, no reminders pinging you

ADS AND THE ONE-TIME PURCHASE
ZipZap is free with ads. For the first 3 days you won't see any. After that there's a small banner, and sometimes an ad before a game starts, never in the middle of one. If you'd rather skip ads, a single payment removes them for good. No subscription.

A QUICK NOTE
ZipZap is a game, not a medical treatment. It doesn't treat insomnia or any sleep disorder. It's just a calmer way to end the day than scrolling.
