Pathetic experience for me. I was a regular customer. When items are not available why taken order? Also, information system is full of riddles. Sheer humiliation. For that my old Mother had to go outside in this covid situation. I blame my self why the hell I order online in zipzo. Oder No.#ZON25154389. & #ZON25154424. I have never ordered & seen anywhere like order #ZON25154424 mentioning "Extra Manually added items/Products" for Rs.80/-. Enough, this is last time I have ordered.

OTP not delivered to mobile. Had to take it from customer service. Most items are 30% to 50% higher than market rate. Vegetable and grocery are around 10% higher (compared local market, Spencer home delivery and grofers home delivery at Durgapur). Have not ordered so can not comment on actual product quality.

Customer care is not contactable after repeatedly trying. We must get update in real time the current status of our order. No update after so many calls reminders mails. Never to order anything through this app.
