It is easy to send money to a colleague to split a bill if they are also a TWINT user - you identify them by telephone number. Be sure to use the correct number. It works well for paying bills on-line if the website supports it - typically you scan a QR code. On occasion, I've had it fail when buying cinema or event tickets, but it usually works.

Unfortunately not convenient when using multiple accounts. The only way to select which account to use in store is to define it as standard. Would be nice if I could scan the QR code and then select the account to use.

There is still a problem when paying at Coop. I follow instructions i.e. scan the code on the terminal as soon as it's available, then click through and select Twint. The payment completes within the app but in the payment terminal it takes up to 20 seconds to complete. Why would anyone choose to stand there for that long when they can use their card? This issue appears to only be at Coop. Another problem is it keeps asking me to put in the pin. Totally unnecessary. Google Pixel Pro 7.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT hijack the transactions' notification with spam or asking for reviews. That icon at the top of the screen with the TWINT logo serves ONE SINGLE purpose. To notify the user of financial activity. Nothing else.

The app doesn't have any other language other than German. It would very be helpful if the app could provide english.
