Could you please update the app so that it works on samsung s24 ultra? Play store says it is not compatable with my device. I have many access doors I must manage please.

Works very well! The set-up can be a tiny bit slow, because the locks only accept one Bluetooth connection at a time. Adding many users is a bit tedious, but it's worth the effort. I would love the ability to clone a lock, so if I buy a second lock I don't need to input dozens of users again. I would also love the ability to export the Records feature, so I can save the logs.

It simply doesn't work. It offering to enter password and doesn't give an opportunity to enter it. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times with same result

Can you make your app work with current phones please? It does not work with a Samsung Note 8. It says in the manual it has been tested with the Note 3, which is quite a few generations back of the current Note 9. We need this to work also with current phones and not only with 5 to 7-year-old models.
