OK, so I might be biased because I have only used them once, and my experience was so great. The customer service was good and delivery was superfast. A big plus to be able to track such my order. Such a huge relief compared to the competitor who has been such a letdown each time I used them! I hope I won't be disappointed with you too!

I always use this app. Yes sometimes orders can be very late, but it's by far the most consistent food delivery app in Ethiopia. It seems to be the only major one with a consistently working instant online payment (like Telebirr) right before any order. The drivers are the most location aware ones (most times you don't even get a call until the food has reached your neighborhood, and that's great). The call center is also ready to handle issues during working hours.

Don't order anything from zmall delivery they are extremely late and after waiting hours they will cancelled orders.

Horrible service!!!!! I'd have given no stars if possible! The food takes > 2 hours to deliver. And they sometimes cancel your order after waiting hours. The customer service people are the most unprofessional people that only respond when the issue is posted to official forums or social media. They refuse to refund payment for orders they have cancelled. I have several refunds pending, and it's been weeks they keep gaslighting me when I call them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DELETE THIS APP!!!
