I love this app. It makes setting doctor's appointments a breeze. I have used the app now several times to find several different doctors and my dentist. No need for phone calls or anything. Everything is done through the app. Would definitely recommend

This is so convenient and stress-free all I did was put some information like my name and insurance that i chosen on list and hit search that simple ! I have even made extra appointments for other needed areas I have been putting to the side not wanting to deal with people and all that extra stuff we would go through physically going to an appointment. Thanks for adding extra years to my life because it was just that easy!! ♡ Laura ♡

The app is pretty user-friendly. However, it doesn't allow me to book appointments for my kids because it thinks they are trying to book it themselves, and it doesn't allow underage people to book the appointment. So I'm always having to call and book anyway.

I scheduled with three providers with this app, one was successful (albeit with a doctor that wasn't a good fit for me), one was cancelled by the office and one that was out of network. The out-of-network office failed to inform me that my insurance wasn't covering my visits for the first two visits and after giving updated info for the third, told me I was covered. After this app and a human person told me my insurance was accepted, I now owe nearly 3,000 dollars for an out-of-network doctor.

Great at finding doctors but really bad at checking if they are within your network. I have had several appointments canceled because after I book through ZocDoc, the office calls and informs me they are not actually in my network (yes my insurance info is uploaded correctly)

What is with the AI stuff? I don't want to chat with it. I don't find it helpful. I find it annoying. I just want to find a doctor that takes my insurance and make an appointment. You're overcomplicating it. Make it optional and let me turn it off.
