I found my Dr Cyrano a couple of years back for anxiety and depression, I'm very blessed by finding such an amazing caring Doctor, ZocDoc makes it very easy to set up appointments and find any Dr of your and your family's needs rather in person or on video chat, which makes it extremely convenient if you find a Dr that's not in your area but seems to be perfect for what ever it is your needing at the time, 5 Stars

Found a doctor. Then kept cancelling the appointment unfortunately I need my medication refilled and was trying to get an appointment. It found enough doctors in the area, and I booked one for a Friday. Got the email that said it was booked and all. Then it said visit cancelled book again. So I did and the same thing happened BOTH times. It's a little frustrating

Absolute trash service. Appointments constantly canceled for no apparent reason. Insurance doesn't get applied to your appointment even though ZocDoc has all your insurance information. Low quality practitioners in general. You might as well just use Amazon medical. You'll get better results there

According to the commercial I saw I should have easily been able to find a dentist that fit my needs. There was only 1 dentist that is in network for my insurance and based on the reviews he would not even come close to fitting my needs. Uninstalled the app.
