What is with the AI stuff? I don't want to chat with it. I don't find it helpful. I find it annoying. I just want to find a doctor that takes my insurance and make an appointment. You're overcomplicating it. Make it optional and let me turn it off.

Terrible app, website not working, app not working, doctors saying they use ZocDoc but app fails to pull up doctor information, they say they accept is but still requires payment liers and discrimination

This app is almost unusable to me living in western New York......almost all doctors suggested to me reside in New York city because you guys think NYC is the only part of New York with doctors... I can't find a primary care provider for my county in New York because all the doctors you guys have registered are NYC doctors, ridiculous because I actually thought this app could help me find a doctor and finally get the assistance I need to get back to working but NOPE... I will definitely uninstall

ZocDoc reviews are fake. Bad reviews are removed, and I found myself going to providers that didn't even show up because honest reviews of service were removed but found them on other sites. Booked multiple visits for specialty services that ZocDoc recommended providers for, for the providers to tell me they don't even give those services, and they don't know why ZocDoc is saying they do.
