I want to exchange naira to cad on your app since 3rd February 2026, but the response am I getting is unable to send other to your number, whereas my number is correct. It used to work well initially, but recently, the experience has been terrible. I can transfer funds to my CAD wallet, but I'm unable to send them to my Naira account. Their customer service is extremely poor. The only way to reach them is through email, and they take an unreasonably long time to respond or resolve any issues.
