★★★★★ They show you less estimated time, so you'll order and then when the countdown begins after ordering they'll simply pause the timer according to their will. Even if the order is delayed by 15 minutes they'll pause the timer at 5 minutes. Action should be taken against this cheating. Twiggy also does this but they are much worse.

★★★★★ The best I was searching the meal in an another app it showed ₹480 but in tomato it is only ₹349, so I prefer tomato I food delivery

★★☆☆☆ Tomato increases the cost of all the items which we order on this app, and it is seen that the restaurants decrease the quality as well as the quantity of the ordered items. Tomato used to give real offers in the past during its inception, but now there are no real offers. All offers are fake because they are effectively neutralized by the reduced quantity of food items as well as artificially increased prices which includes delivery partner fee, platform fee, GST etc

★★☆☆☆ I ordered food and did not have network on my phone, so I was waiting at the premise for my delivery. The delivery boy made few attempts to call, and despite calling out to him in person, left the premise without delivering the order. According to Tomato support my order remains cancelled and no refund will be given to me. Why is the chat service in place if "all attempts were made for delivery" and it is only phone calls?
