Description
One of the famous print and play board game finally on Android.
2010 Golden Geek Best Print & Play Board Game WINNER
The apocalypse has come and zombies are walking around. However, you can save the world! If you can find the evil totem on tiled map, conveniently hidden in an evil temple in your house, and bury it in the graveyard, also conveniently located on your property, all the zombies will be banished and life can continue. All this needs to be done while zombies are attacking and before the clock strikes midnight. You can pick up items to bash zombies along the way; a machete, golf club, chain saw, or even your former uncle's grisly femur.
Features : 1. Each time you play the game the board will be different. You make the board by laying down tiles as you move from room to room (like you do in Betrayal at House on the Hill). It's great to use random tiles to make the game boards because they make sure that each game you play is different.
2. The game has a built in timer. Each run through the deck of event cards amounts to one hour of game time (in real life, that works out to a couple minutes.) This makes the player have to think about whether they have enough time to search for an item or to cower in a corner for health.
3. The combat really couldn’t be easier. Number of zombies - your attack power = damage you take. Easy and balanced!
So, find the zombie totem, then bury it in the backyard graveyard before midnight and you've saved the world. Otherwise, you're zombie food.

Recent changes: 1. Fixed bug with zombie door 2. Added variant Zombie Infection 3. Changes in highscores

Great game, minimal app A somewhat minimal conversion of a great print and play board game. No sound/music and the title screen shown on the example images doesn't show on either of my tablets (but the buttons do). The in game manual isn't all that helpful either. Despite all of this the game has a decent following and some videos on YouTube that you can use to learn to play with. The game itself is good and worth the purchase despite its lack of features. I hope the dev adds sound effects and music and fixes the title screen, add a tutorial, and you have a 5 star game.

Great time waster It's a fun and challenging little game. I have only managed to bury the totem once and died many times trying. I WILL bury it again.

Upgrades Improved Game Any complaints I had were fixed in the upgrade, and we got a bonus game variant. Only problem left is the game clock is on a 24-hour clock but the cards are on 12-hour clock.

Seemed fun Froze when I picked up a chainsaw as an item, it was the first item I ever saw in the game so bad first impression

Randomly crashes The game randomly crashes on searches in the totem room, especially when you pick up the board with nails.

Begging for multiplayer option... I've owned the cambridge production copy... A fun game for the right group of friends... Unfortunately, this app version only allows for one player. They dynamic of the group is what makes the game fun. Will everyone ditch me to fight on my own, or will I skip out on them and gain a health point? You also get to take turns being the leader. If this app adds a local Bluetooth option for multiplayer, it'd be one of the better board game adaptations on the market. Until then...meh.
