Codes do not take off correct amount. 1st time using i wantd to redeem coupon for 80%off an item ($3.39)but applied code& it only took off 30%,($12.99)now I cannot redeem any new codes cuz I did not go through with the last sale after it was 3 xs the price listed. I have used other sites that codes work exactly as described & saved tons of money; im an almost every day Amazon shopper. So I am disappointed with Zon Deals for that reason that u can only use 1 code a day, ridiculous.

Zondeals is a load of junk! I've had an account on both their web page and their mobile app for over a year and I have NEVER been able to claim a coupon code. Every time I have tried I get the same error message "this coupon has already been claimed in your area" I have contacted their supposed customer support several times; I got one response that said "sorry that's beyond our control" and then no responses after that. There are better sites out there that actually work & have customer service.

I deleted the app because I can't log in via Facebook. It says Facebook logs in feature is unavailable with the app. Since that's the way my account was set up. Logging any other way would involve a new account, which would get me blocked. So the app and website are useless to me at this point.
