★★☆☆☆ Fast scan. According to one sample I test, it detected the malware. But it doesn't remove that simple malware even tho I clicked "remove". Doesn't have auto scan feature like scanning the newly installed app from Play Store. It tells you the ads, but don't give any solution other than an option to let you know next time it installs. This app also does not have ZAV detection. Do yourself a favor and choose Dr. Safety which has no ads, but have all premium features from Trend Micro for free.
