waited for just over an hour, didnt get the full meal, tried ringing - no answer. messaged the live chat to ask where it was; was met by a customer service rep who didnt answer any of my questions and was instead quite rude. told me 20 mins till my food arrived after around 10 minutes of talking to them trying to sort it. 40 mins later - no food. messaged them a few times asking where it was, no reply until 10 minutes later telling me the order was just sent. wont be using again.

Can't recommend. Ordered a meal from McDonalds a few months ago, they decided to put on only 1 driver on a Friday night. Arrived 2 and a half hours later without extras promised when I phoned them about the late delivery. When I phoned them about the missing extras I was promised a partial refund (order was £33), but that never came. Might as well order a nice takeaway with good service and sensible staff!

First time we tried these guys, they were brilliant. Since then, they've dropped the ball at every given moment; late deliveries, wrong items and orders cancelled all together. Not to mention you have to actually find a place to order from first, both the KFC and McDonalds in my area are constantly closed according to the app, no matter what time of day or day of the week you pick. To top it all off, I messaged them to ask why everywhere was closed and I'm yet to receive an answer after weeks.

DON'T USE THIS, HORRIFIC company. Only focus in ripping off customers and drivers they employ in slavery expecting work from 8am to 11pm 6 or 7 days a week with no minimum wage only earning is £4 for delivery. By the reply the going awol means i had a family problem and couldn't work for 2 days and was fired, by costing the company means i didn't delivered 1 order that came off my wage (all comes out of driver wages). They didnt even paid last wage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM !!!
