Want to share my experience with zoop India app. I was traveling from Delhi to indore to do some official work. I ordered poha & jalebi for my breakfast by this app, when my train was at a distance of 1 hour from Ujjain station. From Indore station I had to go office directly, so I plan to take a light meal. I use its WhatsApp number to track my order easily by its gps tracker & by its customer support team. I just got my food delivered on time. Poha jalebi was too good in taste with onion & sev,

Worst app, the food is not delivered, but amount is deducted. Waiting for refund, there is no way to communicate with delivery agent or support team. The consumer support is worse, only AI dependent chat support. Really horrible, don't know how IRCTC can tie up with such an application

Don't ordered food from app they have one of the worst service, if you ordered food from they and you want to connect with them, you can't and neither they refund your amount once order is not completed by them.
