Tried to use it in Vegas, you can only get picked up from 5 spots. We walked to the spots and tried to request a ride. No matter what we chose on the app, zoox refused to take us to any destination. Zoox kept indicating that the locations were not within the highlighted service region even though they were. I learned that the 5 spots are both pick up and drop off locations. So we tried to request a then the app told us due to traffic hazards, no rides could occur. DOESN'T WORK

The shaded area of the map for Vegas is misleading. You can only get picked up/dropped off at these 5 locations per support: Resorts World, Area 15, Luxor, Top Golf and New York

Forget this. Stick with Uber or Lyft. Waited over an hour for a ride that cancelled itself (they call you, tell you it is a technical difficulty, and to hail a new ride). Tried to hail a new ride, and it was going to be over another hour. Worst type of rideshare experience of all time.
