It works. I think a lot of the low rating are because it is not easy to use at first. Stay calm and take your time. My dives is to click on everything. I could not get the app to link google home, but I did link to alexa.

Third zoozee z70 I got because last two had issues with cleaning & app wasn't connecting to robot. Had high hopes for this third zoozee z70 to be the one. As soon as I get it connected which took over 10 times resetting Wi-Fi & trying to bind robot I start getting firmware update needed, but guess what can't complete firmware update. Keeps saying that there is no firmware update. It sucks royally. You think such an amazing robot would have a great app with it. I cannot save maps or load maps.

The app really needs a lot of work. There are very little to no help. You have to just guess how to get the zoozee to clean. I had an issue trying to get the app to use a map I had saved. By chance, I saw an obscure icon on the main page that looked like the Windows 4 pane start button on a PC.

Worst ever robot vacuum! Constantly loses its way, hard to connect to wireless. Latest firmware blew away saved maps and made it so unreliable! Don't buy this junk!
