I recently stayed at Hostel Jaipur with my friend, and it was an amazing experience, especially as it was our first time at a Hostel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jaipur, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. We stayed in a sharing dorm, and it was a great way to meet new people. The dorm was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with comfortable beds and secure lockers for our belongings.

Unable to login. The screen is stuck at send otp and neither I get otp nor the screen proceeds to otp submission page.

Terrible app and support. You can't book for more than 4 people, making group bookings impossible. The UI is confusing with half-baked instructions. To make it worse, partial cancellation isn't allowed on the app, and customer service takes forever to respond. Had a much better experience with the Hosteler booking app. First and hopefully last experience with Hostel. To clarify, this rating is strictly for this broken app and lagging customer service, not the physical hostels themselves.

Worst service possible. We took 6 beds for a day. Our small room had 8 beds. After paying 7200 we still needed to share the room with 2 other persons. Single bathroom for 8 people gets really messy. We got room 30 minutes late from allocation time of 12:00. But we found staff fighting with other tenant for being 1 hour late and was asking for 50% more amount. I found it really unfair how they are misusing the trust people put in them.
