Ok I'm going to be honest. I have an intense and uncontrollable phobia to fireworks (been diagnosed with PTSD) and honestly the scary sounds channel is nice. The white noise combined with music with headphones in helps drown out the sounds. I also like how it gives you tips for how to use the music with dogs and cats (I was reading the tips also to distract myself.) I don't know how exactly the science works, but it does help drown the sounds out. I don't think it's worth a subscription though.

Zounds is a life-changing app! It offers scientifically backed music and sounds to calm pets. My Golden Retriever, Charlie, used to stress during car rides, but Zounds's "Travel Time" playlist has transformed his anxiety into relaxation. I control it through Google Home speakers, and the app provides expert tips. Zounds is a must-have for pet parents. It's transformed our lives!

The app keeps crashing. I open it, and then I get an error message saying this app has a bug in it, that I need to wait until zounds fixes it and then it closes. I emailed support, and I never heard anything. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, same error. I had just paid for a year membership and now the app won't work and zounds won't respond. DO NOT BUY!!!

Not Impressed. I didn't find anything on the app that was free. I spend a fortune on my dog's health, I'm not paying for music etc. too.

Never got to try the free trial. I got an email with a code, and it was not a valid code. I wanted to try it for one night.
