I couldn't sign up as I didn't receive any OTP. I raised this issue with the developer, and they reached out to me in the mail saying that the OTP issue will be solved in the update next week. It's been 8 days, and I still couldn't make the app send me any OTP. If the service delivery at the registration is this troublesome, I wonder how terrible the service quality will be once I become a user. Also, the prices are more than that of rider sharing apps, make it make sense.
