6 months ago, my family experienced a domestic violence situation where I was assaulted by my partner. My family was at the lowest we have been. I already have mental health problems, and I was so depressed I could barely leave my bed. My one happiness has been zumba and dance. Zumba gets me up each day, nd the movement helps so much. The app makes it easy. I don't know where I'd be without it. I have also lost 15lbs since devoting myself to daily workouts. Thank you, Zumba. Everyone should try it!

Really enjoyed my 1st app class. My fitness was tested in the 13-minute beginners' step learning class. If you don't use it, you lose it is so true in my case. I'm aiming for 3+ classes a week to regain lost fitness.

Be aware. If you register for a zoom class and the instructor no-shows, they offer no assistance with getting a refund. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

I wish I never downloaded this app. Use Free YouTube videos instead. I have asked for a refund 1 hour after downloading it as it ignored my preferences completely. They won't refund your money if you don't like it. Do not pay for it. Lacks basic understanding of what users need

**** READ THE CRITICAL REVIEWS BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS APP*** I wish I had but i didn't realize they would charge even after they say cancel within 7 days. I did a trial and canceled the same day because it wasn't what I thought it would be. Trial ended and low and behold, they never canceled it. Still took $99 when it should have canceled. I have submitted for a refund or ill dispute with my bank. I know very well that I canceled it. I canceled it along with another app at the same time.

App is terrible. The structure is difficult to navigate. I love doing Zumba, but the app has been a complete waste of money. Was refused a refund after 3 days of using!! Not available on several platforms. Customer service was very disappointing to say the least which is why I'd never use the app again even if they updated to make it worth the money. Far better apps available with way more content. Use the free ones on YouTube or the old DVDs honestly. Misleading emails!!!
