Zumper - Apartment Finder

★★★★★ It's simply a well put together rental app that is easily one of the best on this app store. I highly recommend using this app if you're looking for a new place. I briefly used Rent Faster, but for me, at least, the app is broken. So this is the best alternative there is.

★★☆☆☆ The app is designed to list rental properties. My account was deactivated saying" I didn't abide by the terms and conditions." It's a property listing app. I was listing properties for rent and didn't do anything against terms and conditions. I was doing what the app is designed for, and my account should be reactive. I'm not able to sign in, the app says "The data you've entered is not correct, please check the information and try again."

★★☆☆☆ This company is a scam, don't use it, don't buy anything from them. I was going through a harassment problem with a prospect in the same time zumper shut down my account. I sent proof to zumper that I did not meet a single renter from their website, n emailed them proof of the harassment I was going through with another renting website, and these people might have created fake account in zumper to report me. Zumper replied said I violated terms & condition but provided no proof or explanation.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely horrible app for property owners. Constantly acts like you're a tenant, you have to go to your listings and then choose messages to see messages from potential tenants, zumper constantly tries to get me to fill out a questionnaire as if I'm a tenant, and I often have to retype and send messages again because they just disappear into the ether. It is really just annoying.
