FRESH & SAVE: Vacuum-pack with a system With the ZWILLING Culinary World App you always know what you have vacuum-packed and how long it will stay fresh. Simply scan the QR code on the FRESH & SAVE boxes and bags with your mobile and select the relevant food group for your vacuum-packed food. I never got past the "add your appliances" screen because it couldn't load even after I deleted and reinstalled the app. I tried using my own data, and I've tried Wi-Fi, I even restarted my phone, but still couldn't get it to work. I'm quite disappointed.

Very buggy app: my Samsung S10e: - When exiting via the back button, the logo loops forever and the app hangs - Leftmost and rightmost buttons are cut off my wife's Samsung S20 FE: - The app hangs during startup - All buttons are fully displayed my son' Samsung S20 FE: - The app starts fine, but hangs when exiting via the back button - Leftmost and rightmost buttons are not shown at all (no way to use an account)

Does not scan bag even when it is empty and perfectly flat. When I get to the end and add the picture there us nothing to indicate save and pressing back loses the info. If you're going to put out a new app don't make it worse than the original (which was fine except for how long it took to load). Seems like change for the sake of change.
