I tried accessing this app a few days ago (having used it successfully in the past) - only to see the message "Downloading data ..." The message stayed for 10 minutes. I tried again the next day, and then yesterday, same problem. I thought maybe the app on my phone had been corrupted. Went to download it again, but got a message to the effect that the app is not supported on my device - an Oppo A37 which I purchased 4.5 years ago. Very, very disappointed. Do I have to buy a new phone?

Problem on unable to download e vaccine passport has been going on for almost 3 months now. From Dec2022to Mar2023. Both Android and iPhone. Gov said to contact via Line official ...but at the end it still leads back to this useless app.

Hi Developers, I had already my Vaccine certificate with Qr Code, but I cannot Sign Up using this app. When I attempt to sign up with information given, there was an error stated info not found. But my info used was from my vaccine certificate. Is there something wrong from your side?
