- Complete check-in forms online before arrival using Express Check-In*.

- Submit housekeeping and maintenance requests and received updates on these requests in the app.
- Connect with Guest Service for support, offer feedback, and complete surveys with response from Guest Service coming back to the app.
- Receive guest notifications including service updates, safety bulletins, and emergency alerts.
- View upcoming events like theme nights, games nights, charity events, and fitness/recreation programs.

*Note: To use Express Check-In, guests must first sign up for the program with a Front Desk representative at the property you are visiting. Once the sign-up process is complete, the Express Check-In feature on your ‘@Civeo Guest App will be activated for use with all future reservations.
