22 Hours: Aligner Tracker

22 Hours is a quiet, focused tracker for people on a clear aligner plan who are tired of guessing whether they hit today's goal.

One tap when your aligners go in. One tap when they come out. 22 Hours handles the rest.

Where you stand, at a glance
• Hours worn today, out-time left, and whether you are on track. Thinking in time left out is easier than counting hours worn.

Streaks that actually mean something
• Hit your daily goal and a streak builds. Miss it and it resets. Your current streak and your longest ever, always visible.

Stats and history
• A compliance ring for every day of treatment, plus weekly average, lifetime hours, a 14-day chart and your weekday pattern. Tap any day to see and edit its sessions.

Reminders, not nagging
• A heads-up when you go past your out-budget, never a guilt trip about a long lunch or an unexpected meeting.

Switch-day routine
• A reminder the night before each tray switch and a backup the next morning, optionally kept in sync with your iOS Calendar.

Progress photos
• Unlimited photos tagged to your aligner number, saved to a 22 Hours album in your Photos library. Yours to keep even if you uninstall.

Siri
• Say the word and your aligners are logged, in or out, without opening the app. Nothing to set up.

Set up in under a minute
• Your treatment type, aligner count, switch schedule and daily goal. Already a few months in? Backfill from day one.

Your data is yours
• Synced privately across your devices via iCloud, exportable any time. No ads.

22 Hours Pro, if you want it
Everything above is free, and stays free. Pro adds four things:
• Apple Watch. Log put-in and take-out from your wrist, and add a complication to your watch face.
• Live Activities and widgets. Today's hours and your streak on your Home Screen, and a countdown on your Lock Screen while your aligners are out.
• Key Insights. Your habits, your best and toughest days, and a projected finish date.
• Key Events. Appointments and milestones on one timeline with your wear history.

Your wear goal is personal. We will be with you on your journey to that great smile.
