Create your initial baseline plan before subscribing. Continued AI coaching, plan adaptations and advanced data syncing require an auto-renewable subscription. Weekly and six-month options are available.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings.
