75 Calm is a private, self-guided 75-day practice for life after a breakup or a quieter everyday routine. Choose your focus, the time you have, and a realistic start date. Your plan turns those choices into small daily actions.

A DAILY PRACTICE THAT MOVES FORWARD
Explore a different focus each day: create a little space, make checking less automatic, rebuild routines, reconnect with interests, and decide what to carry forward. Your early program follows the breakup or everyday-calm track you chose.

A SMALLER VERSION FOR HARDER DAYS
Four short actions fit your chosen daily time. When you need less, switch to a two-minute return. Completing either version counts, and trying the other version keeps the work you already finished.

PAUSE BEFORE THE NEXT MOVE
Take a guided quiet minute or open the 90-second SOS pause. Write a message or thought in your private vault, then choose your next action. The app does not send messages or contact anyone.

PROGRESS WITHOUT RESTARTING
Your challenge follows your chosen dates. Missed days remain part of the record. On the breakup track, contact-boundary history is tracked separately and never resets the 75-day challenge.

PRIVATE REFLECTION
Save and reopen journal entries and unsent notes on your device. Your writing and signature are not sent to a server or used for analytics. Prepare an export when you want a copy, or delete your local data from Me.

KEEP WHAT HELPS
Premium includes the guided Days 2–75 and continuing access to the practice library while your subscription is active. Revisit a useful day after the challenge without changing your original record. Day 1, SOS, private writing, and your saved progress remain available without an active subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
75 Calm offers annual and weekly auto-renewing subscriptions. The app and Apple purchase sheet show the actual price and billing period for your storefront before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Any introductory offer is shown only when Apple reports eligibility.

75 Calm is a routine and reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or a promise of healing within a fixed time. Necessary communication, personal responsibilities, and safety needs come first.
