Most challenges end the moment you slip. This one asks, before you start,
what should happen when you do — and then it happens the way you said.
YOUR MISSIONS, IN YOUR WORDS
Melonie asks three questions out loud and turns your answers into missions.
Say "a one-hour workout, three litres of water and a progress photo", or
tap The 75-day challenge for the classic five, or make it something else
entirely — learn a skill, sleep better, make seventy-five things. Anything
you say is kept as you said it.
WHEN YOU MISS A DAY
Grace, freeze or reset. You choose in advance, so a missed day is a plan,
not a failure. The app never scolds. "That's fine. It was always going to
happen once."
A TRAIL YOU CAN SEE
Every day is a step on a painted map — a mountain summit, the five boroughs
of New York, the coast of Antigua. The sky over it is the real one: your
weather, the sun where it actually is, the moon at tonight's phase, the
lamps coming on at dusk. Your walker moves as you do.
ONE PHOTO A DAY
A progress photo or a short video on the days you want one. Then and now
puts Day 1 beside today. Private, on your phone, and only yours.
AT A GLANCE
Today's missions on your home screen, and "Log a mission" in Shortcuts and
Siri. Workouts, water and mindful minutes from Health are offered against
the mission they fit — you say whether to count them.
SHARE A POSTCARD
A milestone, a then-and-now, a forgiven day, the finish — each one a card of
your own trail to send to a friend.
LOCAL FIRST
There is no account. Your missions, your photos and what you tell Melonie
stay on your phone. Nothing you read from Health leaves it. The only things
the app reaches for are the weather, a purchase, and the feedback you choose
to send.
THE PLAN
Your first seven days are free. After that the trail waits for you with a
plan — 3 months for the length of the challenge, a year, or a week at a
time — or a one-time pass to see this challenge through. Every plan opens
every scene. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, a
subscription renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the
end of the period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account
settings.
