A+ LANDLORD does not attempt to replace your existing business and financial management tools for accounting, tax filing, invoicing, payment collection, etc...rather, this app works in conjunction with all of your existing tools.

A+ LANDLORD will provide immediate answers to the following questions:
- Which of my rentals have contracts that are expiring at the end of this month?
- Who didn’t pay their rent this month?
- How many years has Jane Doe lived in Apartment 12?
- Do I have any two-bedroom rental units available right now? How about three-bedrooms? What about next month?
- Do I have any rental units facing the lake available now?
- Who lives in Apartment 33?
- When does the contract expire for Apartment 48?
- Who lived in Apartment 25 two years ago?

What this app does NOT do because a multitude of solutions already exist for these matters:
- Texting or messaging between Tenant and Landlord (Simple SMS or email is encouraged)
- Accept monetary rent payments from Tenant (Too many different ways to be paid exist)
- Track invoices, tax information, cash flow reporting (Existing financial software should be used)
- Track service requests (Most service requests are handled in-house by local maintenance crew)

Unlike other rental property management apps, your data in A+ LANDLORD is securely stored on the cloud in real time. This means if anything should happen to your device, no problem, simply log in with a new device and all your data immediately available. This app also works perfectly without an internet connection, and will sync up once an internet connection is re-established.
