Ab Initio is the Spanish IB vocabulary companion built for students following the Diverso Nuevo Básico course. STUDY MODES

Flashcards — Tap to flip between Spanish and English. Mark words as "Got it" or "Keep practising". The app automatically prioritises the words you find hardest and limits each session to 20 words so studying stays focused. Tap the speaker at any time to hear native-speed Spanish pronunciation.

SMART SPACED REPETITION

The app tracks every word you have seen and how often you answer correctly. Each new session is built automatically — unseen and weak words come first, strong words are only shown once the rest are covered.
