Description by Stack3(from the App Store)
A simple drinking log app for recording your alcohol-free days and drinking days.
Simply choose one of three levels each day: "Alcohol-free," "Moderate," or "Too much." There's no tedious input, so it's easy to keep up, whether you want to cut back on drinking or just can't seem to take a day off from alcohol.
■ Recommended for ・Those who end up drinking every day ・Anyone who wants to build alcohol-free days (dry days) into their week ・People who want to drink less and enjoy alcohol in a healthier way ・Anyone building a habit of sobriety, moderation or cutting back ・Those who want to look back on how much and how often they drink
■ Main Features ・Record your daily drinking in three levels ・Add notes (what you drank, how you felt, etc.) ・Switch between list view and calendar view ・See your monthly drinking trends in a chart ・See the ratio of alcohol-free days to drinking days at a glance ・View each month's results as points
■ Tips for sticking with it As you keep logging, your monthly results are shown as points. Setting a goal like "I'll have X alcohol-free days this month" gives you a sense of achievement and makes it easier to give your liver a rest. I built this app myself, and I used to drink almost every day too. Now I can finally take days off (haha).
Give it a try for your drinking log and to build more alcohol-free days!
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
