Description
AcceloVibe™ transforms your iPhone into a powerful car engine vibration analysis tool — no tools no wires required. Just place your phone on the car hood while the engine idles for 30 seconds, and receive an easy-to-read profile of your engine’s vibration patterns. Key Features: • AcceloVibe Engine's Signature Technology - Creates unique engine signature for tracking stability over time • Color-coded Results – Instantly see green, orange, or red indicators for pattern stability • Advanced Graphs – View RPM, rotational frequencies, and harmonics for detailed analysis • Comprehensive Analysis including RPM, Firing Frequency, Rotational Frequency, and Harmonics • Trend Tracking – Monitor changes to detect potential anomalies early • Your cars. Save make, model, year, and car ID, with a photo, color, and odometer. • Used Car Assessment – Useful for checking vehicle engine vibration consistency pre-purchase • The same car again. After five scored tests, a new reading is compared with that car's usual idle. • A report you can share. A PDF of the reading, the graphs, and where this test sits against earlier ones. • A user's manual in the Guide screen.
How It Works: AcceloVibe captures micro-vibrations from your engine using your phone's built-in accelerometer. Our algorithm converts this data into visual frequency graphs and pattern indicators.
How to use: 1. Park away from traffic, on a flat surface, with the parking brake on. Start the engine and leave it at idle. 2. Save the car in the Car screen: make, model, year, car ID, engine type, and cylinder count. 3. On the Test screen, choose the length. The usual length is 30 seconds. You can also choose 10, 20, or 60 seconds. 4. Step out of the car. 5. Tap Start Test. During the three-second countdown, place the phone on the center of the hood. Use a non-slip case. 6. Leave the phone still until the timer ends, then review the reading. Share the PDF from the saved test if you want a copy.
Perfect for: • Car owners wanting to monitor engine performance • Used car buyers seeking quick evaluation tools • Anyone interested in preventive maintenance
Safety Notice: • Do not use while driving • Vehicle must be parked on flat surface with parking brake engaged • Stay outside the car during testing • Keep the engine at idle only • Phone must be in protective case/cover with non-slip surface
Intended Use: AcceloVibe is designed as an analysis and monitoring tool that provides data and insights about engine unique vibration patterns. This app is intended to assist users and professionals by providing additional data points for evaluation purposes. AcceloVibe does not interface with or access any vehicle systems.
Limitations: AcceloVibe does not access vehicle systems. It offers supplementary information based on engine vibration data, not a definitive diagnostic. Always consult a professional mechanic for conclusive assessments.
No Warranty: AcceloVibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results are based on accelerometer data analysis and should not be considered definitive assessments of engine condition.
Vehicle Information: The car make and model database is provided solely for user reference and identification purposes of their own vehicles.
