Acta: Daily Review & Journal

Acta turns who you want to become into something you can check each day.

The name comes from the Latin for "things done". Aristotle called action that is its own end praxis, and the wisdom behind it phronesis: knowing that only counts once it is lived. Acta (知行录 in Chinese) is a daily record of exactly that, knowing by doing.

How it works
Write your identity, and the life you refuse to return to. Then each day, pick two or three lever actions, answer a few awareness check-ins, and close with a short evening review. Growth keeps the record, so you can see whether your days really point where you said they would.

You can:
· Write your identity and boundaries during onboarding
· Add and check off lever actions on Home
· Answer timed awareness check-ins through the day
· Review the day: facts, blockers, and the next step
· Look back on your streak and history in Growth
· Use the home-screen widget, the share extension, and the Apple Watch app
· Lock the app with Face ID or a passcode

Private by design
Your records stay on this device unless you turn on iCloud sync, which keeps them in your own private iCloud database. The developer cannot read them. Anonymous usage statistics never include your records, and you can turn them off in Settings.

Acta Pro
Acta Pro is a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription for sync across devices and for advanced review and growth features. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown on the App Store payment sheet. You can record, reflect, and review without signing in.
