The educational content lives in an easy-to-use mobile-friendly platform and consists of short videos. These are actual pieces of education we use with our clients. We’ve specifically chosen the pieces that have been most instrumental to their success - whether they’re an individual after a specific goal or looking to get out of pain, or a professional looking to grow their coaching business.

The daily workouts are given to you one week at a time and include practical fitness exercises, prompts, and coaching notes for all seven days of the week. There’s an option for you regardless of if you have equipment or not.
