ADHD Reminders: Unstuck

Unstuck is a shame-free to do list for ADHD brains, procrastinators, and anyone who writes a task down and never sees it again.

It works as a simple loop: dump it, break it down, and stay with it until it's done.

DUMP IT
Type or dictate whatever is in your head, even a messy paragraph. Unstuck turns a brain dump into separate tasks so nothing gets lost.

BREAK IT DOWN
"Do taxes" is not a task you can start. Unstuck uses AI to split big, vague tasks into tiny steps with time estimates. Turn the spiciness up for smaller steps or down for fewer. You can edit every step before saving.

STAY WITH IT
Reminders keep coming back until you finish the task. If you dismiss a notification, it comes back later. Mark it Done or snooze it right from the banner: 15 minutes, 1 hour, tonight, or tomorrow.

ONE STEP AT A TIME
Focus shows only the next step, so you don't have to look at the whole list.

NO SHAME
- Nothing is ever "overdue." Your list is just Now and Later.
- Snooze as often as you need. Every day starts fresh.
- Finished tasks disappear, with a quick undo.

BUILT ON APPLE REMINDERS
- Your tasks live in a dedicated Unstuck list in Apple Reminders, synced by iCloud.
- Add tasks with Siri or the Home Screen widget.
- No account and no sign-up. If you delete the app, your list stays in Reminders.

SUBSCRIPTION
Unstuck requires a subscription and includes a free trial for eligible new users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
