Finally! A Place To Connect With People Who Understand and Straight Talk About ADHD!!

ADHDOutLoud is a more than a mobile app — its a resource resiliency network for ADHD “Explorers.” “Explorers” is our internal label / tribe name for those of us with ADHD and our other neurodiverse and neurotypical friends as well as those friends, family members, co-workers, or other loved ones seeking to learn more about ADHD and how to support us.

We call this "ADHDOutLoud" because we want this to be more than just a community - we want it to be the first part of a movement to reduce stigma around ADHD, create transparency around ADHD, and draw attention to the fact that within the neurodiversity greater movement, the needs of people with ADHD symptomatology (regardless of diagnosis or medicated status) are not often discussed, even though a lot of people are impacted by it.

Not all Explorers may have an ADHD diagnosis, but we are connecting and carrying these conversations forward because we seek to explore ADHD - either for ourselves, to help others, to improve outcomes in school/work/careers/etc.

ADHDOutLoud helps you connect with new people all around the world who share your desire to learn more about ADHD and connect with others for advice, friendship, support and more.

In ADHDOutLoud, you can...

CONNECT: talk socially and make friends with others in the ADHD community - others with ADHD, as well as other parents, lovers, managers, or coworkers. Follow the people you connect with to easily stay in touch. See who is following you. Like peoples posts to encourage them to share more and begin building friendships. Share text, photos, and videos (PG & positive/friendly/supportive only!). You can decide if you want to be notified via email when someone follows you, comments on your posts, or likes your post, to help you connect with people who express interest in you and like what you have to say, even if they are in a different time zone and didn’t reply “live” while you were in the app.

ADVICE: Give and receive advice in dedicated forums related to ADHD topics that matter most to you. New forums added based on user request. Current forums include:

GET HELP: Search the resource database to find verified resources including therapists, life coaches, support groups, help lines, and more - both online/virtual resources as well as those in your local area. Are you a resource provider? Contact us to learn about getting verified and added to the database!

NETWORK: Choose how much about yourself you want to share - you can customize your profile to help your new connections learn about you with a custom bio, and much more. If you provide a service to members of the ADHD community, you can choose to share your phone number, or include your website or information in your personal bio.
