Beratung und Coaching für Erwachsene mit und ohne ADHS. Unser Coaching liefert ADHS-Betroffenen und ihren Angehörigen unterstützende, praktische und konkrete Hilfe. Sie gewinnen: Motivation, Struktur und Klarheit Kreativität und Problemlösungen Ziele - Planung - Umsetzung Resultate
Entsprechend gestaltet sich auch die Versorgung der ADHS-Betroffenen. Während Betreuungs-programme für Kinder an Bedeutung gewinnen, bleiben Angebote für Erwachsene in Deutschland eher die Ausnahme. Hier konzentriert man sich auf die Bekämpfung der Symptomatik, obwohl die Wissenschaft zunehmend Belege für enge Zusammenhänge zwischen ADHS und etwa Depressionen, Alkoholismus und Drogenkonsum, Gewaltverhalten sowie vielfältigen Problemen am Arbeitsplatz und nicht zuletzt auch Beziehungskrisen liefert.
