Adomoo Customer Hub is the customer service app for the team at adomoo.com. It lets staff talk to shoppers live, see what they are doing on the site and help them finish their order.

• See every chat with our website assistant, Konas, in one list
• Get an alert with a chime when a customer asks for a person
• Take over a chat and reply from your phone, then hand it back to Konas

AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION
• Customers can write in their own language; you read it in English
• Your replies are translated back into the customer's language
• The original wording is always shown underneath

CUSTOMERS ONLINE
• See who is on adomoo.com right now, what page they are on and what is in their cart
• Optional soft alert when customers come online
• Tap a visitor to open their chat

ABANDONED CARTS
• See carts left behind, with the items and how long ago
• Email the customer a link that brings their basket back, or ask why they left
• Message them on WhatsApp or call them in one tap
• See the reasons customers give, and carts won back

STAFF ROLES
• The shop owner connects each phone with a one-time code and decides what it can see, for example whether cart values are shown
