■ Running the guild
What is left after paying the adventurers' wages out of the reward is the guild's profit.
Stronger adventurers cost more, so choosing who goes on which job is where skill shows.
Fail and you pay a penalty. Build reputation and the guild's rank rises, unlocking new jobs and facilities.

■ Raising adventurers
Every trade has work it is good at, and experience builds with every job done.
Inborn strengths, techniques learned on the job, changes of trade, and retirement.
A retired adventurer's experience passes to the guild and supports the next generation.

■ Collecting
Keep a record of every monster met, material gathered and piece of gear made.
Craft gear from materials and equip your adventurers to raise their odds.
