AeroNav VFR

AeroNav is a VFR moving map for pilots flying in Romania. See your position over airspace, aerodromes and VFR reporting points, look up frequencies and NOTAMs, plan your route and get spoken warnings before you enter controlled or restricted airspace.

IN-FLIGHT MAP
• GPS position, ground speed, magnetic track and altitude
• The FLY button starts your flight timer and shows UTC (Zulu) time
• Track-up or north-up map
• A track line shows where you are heading
• Colour-coded airspace: CTR, TMA, ATZ, restricted, danger and prohibited areas, TRA/TSA, TMZ/RMZ
• Tap anywhere on the map to see the airspace at that point, with limits and frequencies

AERODROMES AND FREQUENCIES
• Every aerodrome in Romania, with frequencies (tap to copy), runways and elevation
• METAR and TAF
• Direct-to any aerodrome, VFR point or VOR
• Nearest aerodromes with bearing and distance

NOTAMS
• Official NOTAMs for aerodromes and the Bucharest FIR, with no separate account
• Every area on the map shows whether it has an active NOTAM (activated TRAs, danger areas, drones, firing)
• For each NOTAM: what it means, UTC validity, time remaining, levels and the area on a map

ROUTE PLANNING
• Build routes from aerodromes, VFR points, VORs or any point on the map
• Magnetic course, wind-corrected heading, ground speed, time and fuel for every leg
• Route navigation that moves to the next waypoint automatically
• NOTAMs for the whole route

AIRSPACE WARNINGS
A few minutes before you enter a CTR, TMA or restricted area, AeroNav tells you out loud, in English or Romanian, and sends a notification when the screen is locked.

OFFLINE
Aeronautical data, routes and the latest NOTAMs stay on your phone and work without signal. Data updates automatically every AIRAC cycle.

SUBSCRIPTION
AeroNav Pro: 3 days free, then a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

IMPORTANT
AeroNav is not certified navigation equipment. Use it only as an aid and prepare your flight from official sources.
