Afterday: Divorce Support

Afterday helps adults through separation, divorce or a breakup, and the adjustment afterward.

Open it when you are having a hard time, when something difficult is coming up, or when you want to enjoy life again. Each choice leads to a way of coping you can use today.

I'M HAVING A HARD TIME
Choose what is closest: missing them, a mind that will not stop, a house that feels empty, or anger. Answer one question, then try a short sensory exercise, write down what is on your mind, or pick a small action away from the screen. Afterday is written for nights when you feel lonely, anxiety before a difficult conversation, and grief after the end of a marriage.

SOMETHING DIFFICULT IS COMING UP
Choose the situation (a legal day, a family date, an evening on your own), when it happens and the kind of support that would help. Afterday suggests a short plan for before, during and afterward. Edit it until it fits your life, then find it on the home screen when the day comes.

I WANT TO ENJOY LIFE AGAIN
Explore ideas for your home, friendships, hobbies and rest. Pick one thing and decide when to try it. Afterward, try it again or choose something different.

WRITE BEFORE YOU REPLY
Before you answer a message, write your reply in Afterday. Save it as a draft and choose when to read it again. Afterday never sends it.

PRIVATE ON YOUR DEVICE
• No account, no sign-in, no email address.
• Your answers, notes, drafts and plans are saved on your device in encrypted storage. Afterday does not upload them.
• No AI reads your writing. Every suggestion is written in advance and selected using your answers.
• Afterday never sends messages for you.
• Export a readable copy or delete your private data from settings at any time.

NO STREAKS, NO HOMEWORK
Healing has no timetable, and there is no daily check-in to keep up. Write a note when you feel like it, as a journal with no schedule. Your plans and recent writing wait on the home screen.

REMINDERS ARE OPTIONAL
Choose a weekly reminder, occasional updates from Afterday, or neither. Notifications never include your writing.

25 LANGUAGES
The whole app is available in 25 languages. Change the language in settings at any time.
