Agoo Workspace

Agoo Workspace is the app for everyone at an organisation that uses Agoo by Nkonso: hosts, employees, receptionists, security and admins. Sign in with your Agoo account and you see what your role allows, no more and no less.

YOUR VISITORS
• Know the moment your visitor arrives, and say "I'm coming" or "Ask them to wait" from the notification.
• Approve or decline a visit in one tap, from the lock screen if you like.
• Invite a visitor with a pass they keep on their phone, change the time or cancel.
• Confirm booking requests, set your hours and share your booking pages.

YOUR TIME
• Clock in and out on your phone when you're at your site, or with the kiosk's code.
• See your shifts, attendance and leave.
• Show your staff badge on your phone at the kiosk, or set your kiosk PIN.

THE FRONT DESK
• Today's visitors in one list: check in, check out, register a walk-in or scan a pass.
• One inbox for approvals, watchlist holds, booking requests and clock-ins to review.
• Answer visitors who write to your organisation on WhatsApp, with your team's notes beside the conversation.

SAFETY
• Send an emergency alert and see everyone on site in one list.
• Mark people safe as you find them. Everyone with the app can tap "I'm safe" on the notification.

BUILT FOR REAL CONDITIONS

GOOD TO KNOW
• You need an Agoo account from your organisation. You can't create one in the app: your organisation invites you.
• What you see depends on your role and on what your organisation has turned on.
• Notifications are optional. Without them, Agoo reaches you by WhatsApp, SMS or email instead, as your organisation chose.
