AI Receptionist - Rimlyn

Rimlyn is your AI employee for the phone.

When you're on a job, in the truck, or just can't pick up, Rimlyn answers in a natural voice, learns what the caller needs, and handles the follow-through—so you don't lose work to voicemail.

WHAT RIMLYN DOES

• Answers your business line — Miss a call? Your AI employee picks up, qualifies the caller, and books from your calendar when it can.

• Turns every call into next steps — Who called, what you promised, and what's due—without you scribbling notes on the job.

• Quotes, bookings, and follow-ups — Rimlyn lines up the work after the call. You approve what goes out.

• Sends payment links by text — When a caller's ready to pay, Rimlyn texts your deposit or invoice link after the call.

• A dedicated business line — Keep your current number with call forwarding, or use a local Rimlyn line.

• Works on iPhone and computer — Same account, same call history—pocket when you're moving, full screen when you sit down.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE ON THE PHONE
