使用者透過設定頁面輸入伺服器IP 位址和通訊阜以及設備名稱和顯示語言後，需要輸入帳號密碼驗證完成就可以使用人臉註冊、臉部驗證和設定功能。
airaFace APP 提供 人臉註冊功能，使用者可以先拍照後，點選新增人臉功能就可以輸入 User ID、User Name、Card No、Email、Expiration Date、選擇部門和群組相關資訊；點選 確定後，就可以將註冊資料上傳人臉辨識伺服器。
airaFace APP 提供 修改人臉功能，使用者可以先拍照且點選修改人臉功能後，就會列出需要修改人員的清單讓使用者選擇；當選定欲修改的人員後，就會進行人臉資料更新且將資料更新至人臉辨識伺服器。
airaFace APP 提供 臉部驗證功能，使用者可以先拍照後，透過人臉辨識伺服器進行1:N臉部驗證，驗證成功就會顯示 姓名和員工編號。
