Aivera Field

Aivera Field is the mobile app for field-service technicians using SmartAI Mobile Field Services.

Your office logs a service case and sends it to your phone. You acknowledge it, travel, arrive, do the work and close it — with the evidence captured as you go, not written up afterwards.

WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP
• See only your own jobs. Field agents are scoped to the cases assigned to them, so the list is what you are actually doing today.
• Work a case through a clear status flow: acknowledged, on route, on site, complete.
• Stamp your arrival with GPS and the time, automatically, when you tap the status button.
• Attach photographs of the work from your camera or gallery.
• Capture the customer's signature on the screen at sign-off.
• Record travel distance and hours worked against the job.
• Message the office about a case without leaving it, with photos attached to the conversation.

BUILT FOR REAL FIELD CONDITIONS
Signal is not guaranteed on a job site. Status changes, messages and photographs taken offline are held on the device and sent when connectivity returns — you do not have to remember to sync, and nothing is lost if you finish a job in a basement.

FOUR JOB TYPES, READY TO USE
Support, Install / De-install, Delivery / Collection and Sales Cycle, each with its own form. Your office can rename fields, switch them off or add their own. A pre-defined library is also available as templates for other job categories.

PERMISSIONS, AND WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SAY NO
Location and camera are both optional. Decline either and the app keeps working — the case simply saves without a GPS stamp or a photograph. Location is only ever read while the app is open, at the moment you tap a status button. There is no background tracking.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER
There is no sign-up in the app. Aivera Field is part of a SmartAI Mobile Field Services subscription and your employer creates your account. If your company does not use it yet, they can start a free trial at smartaicrm.co.za/mobile.

Aivera Field is made by Aivera Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria, South Africa.
