Description by RAVINDHIRAN SUMITHRA(from the App Store)
The Albanian Quran refers to the translation of the Holy Quran into the Albanian language, which is spoken by millions of Albanian people. The Albanian Quran translation is an important tool for Albanian-speaking Muslims to understand the teachings of Islam as revealed in the Quran.
The Albanian Quran was first translated into Albanian in the 18th century. The need for a translation arose as a means of making the Quran’s message more accessible to Albanian-speaking Muslims who may not be fluent in Arabic.
Translating the Quran is a delicate process. Some translators focus on providing a word-for-word translation, while others aim to convey the meanings and context behind the verses.
Over the years, many other translations have been undertaken by various Islamic organisations, scholars, and institutions.
