Description
The Alcomo HACCP app supports gastronomy businesses in documenting the legally required self-monitoring in accordance with HACCP standards and good hygiene practices. Control points such as goods receiving, temperatures of refrigeration equipment, heating of products of animal origin, or cleaning can be easily recorded digitally. New: Temperature sensors can now be integrated for automatic monitoring with alerts for deviations.
More than 700 businesses in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria already rely on the app to efficiently implement food safety standards. It is also successfully used in other European countries, such as England, France, and Belgium, where it is appreciated for its versatility.
With its digital documentation, the app significantly reduces administrative workload. It ensures that no checks are forgotten and securely archives all records. If needed, these documents can be quickly presented to authorities as reliable proof of compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

External delivery services can document temperature checks of food delivery at the customer's premises. They can use the Alcomo app without a subscription. The deliveries are sent via QR code. In this case, the app only allows temperature checks during delivery.
The test version works without a login, and you can explore the app’s basic features. While not all functions are available, the essential ones are usable. Due to limitations, the data cannot be used as evidence.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
