Aldara mobile app is a one stop shop for services provided by Aldara Hospital and Medical Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Patients and Families are strongly encouraged to use this mobile application to receive world class care and up to date health information. Feel safe knowing that your health information is secure using self-created credentials that can be paired with your phone’s biometric authentication capabilities, if available.

Aldara mobile app can be used for:

Clinic Appointment – Aldara guests and existing patients can search for clinic appointment by department or by physician and boo the appointment.

Appointment Reminders – A reminder is sent to the patient which allows them to confirm their appointment or request to reschedule. From their appointment details they can receive driving directions or schedule a ride through Uber.

Medication Management – Registered users can track their own medications that they take, record dosages, and receive reminders. For patients that obtain their prescribed medication from the Aldara pharmacy they are automatically loaded into the app for them.

Care Plans – Chronic illnesses that are being managed by the patient in cooperation with an Aldara health coach can work through a set of daily tasks and education to help them manage their condition and establish routines.

Measurement Tracking – Registered users can track their blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, steps, minutes of activity, heart rate, and BMI through the mobile application. This allows their physician to get a bigger picture of what takes place outside of the clinic. For patients using fitness devices and apps that integrate with Apple Health Kit, measurements can be pulled in automatically.

Health Hub – App users have access to a wealth of information provided by Aldara. These health articles include up to date information about conditions, helpful tips related to health and exercise, and even recipes. Registered users can track their interests to view only the topics they are interested in.

Find a Doctor – App users can search for a doctor and schedule an appointment with them.

Facility Information – Access to information about departments, parking, driving directions, indoor navigation using wayfinding and chatting with an Aldara Guest Relations Coordinator are available to all mobile app users.

My Documents – View and print out prescriptions and approved leave of absence documents provided by your doctor

My Conversations – Doctors can start an ongoing dialog with you
