ALFARRASÍ INFO es una aplicación del ayuntamiento de Alfarrasí, de comunicación y gestión de incidencias en el equipamiento urbano y de participación ciudadana. Permite a los ciudadanos de Alfarrasí notificar directamente al ayuntamiento en tiempo real, diversos tipos de incidencias, averías o desperfectos que se puedan encontrar en la localidad.

Un servicio totalmente gratuito con el que el ciudadano contribuye a un mejor funcionamiento de los servicios municipales, proporcionando a los técnicos la información necesaria para mantener el buen estado del municipio.

Todas las incidencias son registradas, analizadas y remitidas al departamento responsable. El registro de la incidencia se hace mediante geolocalización para determinar el lugar de la incidencia.

La misma aplicación incluye un apartado de noticias locales y una agenda de eventos y actividades municipales, una guía de comercios y teléfonos de interés y un apartado de encuestas y sugerencias.
