All Star Wellness is your roadmap to a healthier lifestyle: Our program is designed for everyone: Your own personal wellness coach in your pocket that follows you anywhere and is there for you all the time. We have workouts and exercise plans for all ages and fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced there’s a workout here for you. Exercise at home, outside or put that gym membership to good use.

Our App is free to download and to access all the features you must subscribe to our monthly, semi-annual, or yearly plan. We have integrated with the Health App (HealthKit) to read and track your steps data and show them to help you improve your Wellness.

Our wellness concierge is the connection between your healthcare professionals and you. Lifestyle changes, including exercise and healthy eating, can lead to health benefits and prevent disease. Healthy lifestyles in those with chronic conditions can manage and improve your health and lead to an increased quality of life. Stay healthy between doctor visits, ALL STAR WELLNESS will be your guide through the world of fitness, health, and nutrition that can be confusing and frustrating. We will provide you with a personalized wellness plan that evolves with your needs and will help you to take control of your health.

Our Workouts
• We offer from basic walking programs progressions to complex training programs for advanced athletes.
• Choose or ask your wellness coach for the best plan based on your goals, fitness level and physical condition.
• Have workouts 1-5 times per week only and achieve your goals.
• Enjoy the variety of workouts to lose weight, improve sports performance, be more healthy, manage your health or to keep fit and active.

Find your Ideal Program
We’ll guide you to a plan that fits your goals, fitness level and preferences. We offer workouts that can be done in 10 minutes or 2 hours at home or at the gym. All Star Wellness provides workouts and meal plans to help you get fit and healthy including the following:


SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

All Star Wellness is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly, semi-annual or yearly basis. Semi-Annual and yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in Apple ID after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
