All You Can App tracks your state of well-being alongside your tasks. Because when you can't see your own capacity collapsing, you can't stop it.
Most productivity apps assume you're already functioning.
For neurodiverse brains — ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, and everyone whose wiring runs differently — that assumption breaks the moment your capacity dips. Task lists don't work when you can't feel your energy going. Habit and routine trackers don't help when the same "small step" that's easy on Monday becomes impossible on Thursday.
HOW IT WORKS
A short check-in in the morning, (optional) mid-days, and end-of-day reviews ask how you're doing across the wellness dimensions that matter to you — physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, plus any others you turn on. Not "rate your mood 1 to 10." Concrete, observable questions.
From those check-ins, the app tells you which zone you're in — GO, Caution, or Stop — and surfaces the recovery actions YOU chose in advance, while thinking clearly. Not generic tips. Your tools, your words, your practice.
If you're in Stop, the app steps back from productivity work and redirects you to your body double, wellness buddy (someone you invited who agreed to be there), or to human crisis resources — 988, Crisis Text Line, and identity-specific lines.

WHAT IT ISN'T
All You Can App is not a mental health app, not therapy, not diagnosis, not crisis intervention. It does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition. In moments of acute distress, the app's job is to step back and redirect you to a real human — your buddy or a crisis service.

All You Can App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (First Tier and Always-On AI, monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
